This precious time, by nature, holds the capacity to go to the still point underneath our inner turbulence. This still point is an entrance into the heart of the earthiness of what we are as well as into our divine essence.<\/p>\n<p>As Heartbeat-level is the realm of our emotions. In this workshop we\u2019ll take time to look into our inner darkness of our emotional landscape, the wild parts, the silent parts, the deep parts.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We\u2019ll move and dance with them.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The moment we surrender to those parts delight comes in.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Since we have time in this 5 days, we\u2019ll also have a deep dive into our capacity for delight, joy and pleasure. To full our next cycle around the sun.<\/p>\n<p>I invite you for this moving exploration in our darkness and our delight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timing more or less:<\/strong><br \/>\nSaturday 11:00 &#8211;
