This desert journey is both a “real journey” and a metaphor for how we travel through life. In the desert we encounter physical discomforts, which help us find clarity about where we stand in life. At the same time, the desert is a place where deep silence and the unlikely beauty of nature constantly mirror our essence. During this journey we will move through the different landscapes of the Sahara; dunes, plains and oases. In each place we will explore how our bodies respond to the elements and the vast environment.

Life is a journey and we are all travelers<\/h1>\n
\nDuring this journey, long walking days in silence will alternate with days where we are in one place. We walk, we meditate, we dance to live music and move in other ways. We will move on foot in a small caravan. With a local guide, cook, camels and their companions. We trust that the journey will be exactly the one we need. Due to the nature of this desert journey, it is impossible to predict exactly how and where we will be.<\/p>\n
