How does it feel to be in the (spot)light?<\/strong>
\nHow do you move when you are seen?
\nDo you avoid it, or do you thrive in it?
\nWhat opportunities might you have missed by not being visible?
\nAnd would you like to change that?
\nOr would you like to explore how you can enjoy your visibility even more?<\/p>\n

In this workshop, we move with these themes, sometimes literally, sometimes with the camera.
\nThe dance between movement and the camera allows us to reflect on our experience in a different way.
\nIt invites us to take risks and explore how we can play with our visibility.<\/p>\n

You will discover the freedom, lightness, and space that emerge when you dare to be seen as your true self.
\nBeing who you are makes you light, playful, and free.<\/p>\n
