Darkness & Delight – a 5day Heartbeat workshop in the heart of the Winter Solstice

Darkness has the capacity to help us drop into a deep surrender. 

Surrender to what is real and true, and to a deep sense of aliveness. 

The winter solstice is a time of the year where the darkness is the most ­present. This precious time, by nature, holds the capacity to go to the still point underneath our inner turbulence. This still point is an entrance into the heart of the earthiness of what we are as well as into our divine essence.

As Heartbeat-level is the realm of our emotions. In this workshop we’ll take time to look into our inner darkness of our emotional landscape, the wild parts, the silent parts, the deep parts.  We’ll move and dance with them.

 The moment we surrender to those parts delight comes in.  Since we have time in this 5 days, we’ll also have a deep dive into our capacity for delight, joy and pleasure. To full our next cycle around the sun.
