Full Hearted Delight – 5 day Residential workshop in Navarra, Spain (also only the weekend possible)

When you get angry, do you sense the power of that emotion?
Or when you’re joyful, how is that energy?
What if you could use that energy as your ally?
How would that change your life?

Our heart is a powerful organ with a large energy field.
It’s said the largest of all our organs.
Getting to know our HEART-energy is a way to live fully,
Unmoved energy stays in our system; once we start moving that energy, it frees itself.

Once we know how to move this energy,
We can be more fluid with our emotions, we have much more choice how to use this energy.
We can truly embody our full potential.

In this Heartbeat-workshop we explore ways our hearts move us.
By dancing and moving we’ll find how to embody the energy of our own hearts.

This HEARTBEAT retreat wil contain of two parts:

The first 3 days we will dive into the exploration of the energy of all the emotions and from sunday evening we’ll take a deep dive into pleasure, delight and joy in all it’s shapes.

The first weekend until saturday afternoon can be followed separately as a 3-day worlshop.
From Sunday evening only as a deeper dive in the whole 5 days.

5 days HEARTBEAT Residential

Accommodation:
We’ll be dancing and staying at Arbizu Camping.
In this beautiful ECO-camping there are cabins, houses and camping places to choose from. And a beautiful round shaped dance hall.
There are mountains in the area,  the is a swimming pool and a lake..
