Staccato; life energy brings us to our hearts.
When I say Staccato, I immediately feel the life energy explode within me. For me, staccato has always been a rhythm I enjoyed.
The flowing rhythms soften me and melt me with who, what and how I am. Healing and nourishing so many ways. Staccato, on the other hand, shoots straight into my heart and opens it up.
Staccato invites me to stand up, occupy space, open up and explode from within. A pleasure accompanies that energy. It is the flow of life energy that awakens me and makes me step forward.
Not so much the joy of “happy” emotions, but much more the joy of life itself. The joy of feeling connected to myself and others.
If that energy becomes more intense then I can feel the need to ground myself, to ground myself, to be able to move this life intensity. I feel myself expanding in both directions. Down to connect to the ground. Stomping my feet up and into the ground. And up and sideways with an energy, wanting to express itself through me. The firmer I ground myself, the more life energy I can allow to move through me.
I feel and understand that staccato is the rhythm of the heart. I feel the energy ignite in my hips, from there it moves upward to the heart and outward. Here all the flavors of the heart can become palpable, visible and accessible.
I love exploring that landscape with others because I see it as a celebration of life itself.
Staccato is covered in all lessons, some more explicitly than others.
